General Terms and Restrictions

The Bid for a Brighter Future Online Auction is closed.

PLEASE NOTE: Auction open to U.S. Residents ONLY.

The online auction will run Wednesday, May 29 at 12:01 am (ET) - Sunday, June 16th at 11:59pm (ET).

Registration

You will need to create a bidder account to start bidding on items. Enter your email address or phone number above to get started and you will receive a text or an email with your bidder information. You will be asked to provide payment info, but your credit card will only be charged if you are a winning bidder.

Bidding

You can bid online from your computer or mobile device. To place a bid, click the item you are interested in and enter the amount you wish to bid. If you are outbid, you will receive a text or email notification. with a link back to the item to increase your bid. All bids are placed in whole numbers, no cents.

Payment

All bids will close on June 16th at 11:59pm ET. If you have a winning bid, you will be notified via email and your payment will be processed within 24 hours of the close of the auction, using the credit card provided at registration. If a payment cannot be processed, the items will be offered to the next highest bidder.

Shipping

If the item you win requires shipping, you will be billed separately for shipping costs. Standard fares will apply. Arrangements can also be made to pick up items from our offices in New York City.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No Exchanges or Refunds will be allowed on Auction items.

Each item is auctioned “as-is” without warranty. Values assigned to some items being auctioned are estimates only.
