We are excited to welcome back Maura Lee ’17 to campus as our guest of honor at the Benefit Gala. With remarkable achievements at such a young age—not even a decade since graduating from SCA—Maura is already making an extraordinary impact in the healthcare industry.
Maura is the Director of Operations at Holy Cross Hospital - Salt Lake and Holy Cross Hospital - Davis in Utah. She oversees Imaging, Oncology, Respiratory Therapy, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Wound Care, Environmental Services, Food & Nutrition Services, Facilities, Lab, and Security departments. Prior to this role, she was the Director of Ancillary Services for CommonSpirit’s Mountain Region, fulfilling Chief of Staff responsibilities for the Mountain Region President and operationalizing the Region’s new relationship with Kaiser Permanente. She started her career with CommonSpirit as an Administrative Fellow.
Before CommonSpirit, Maura attended the University of Notre Dame, where she majored in Science Business and minored in both Compassionate Care in Medicine and Theology. She went on to attain her Masters in Health Administration at Cornell University, where she was elected by her peers to serve as Colloquium Chair and led Cornell’s Catholic Graduate Student group.
In her free time, Maura skis, plays volleyball, and is a connoisseur of romantic comedies. She often travels back to her home state of Michigan, where she cheers on the Lions and Red Wings with her grandparents, parents, two younger brothers, and golden retriever, Sugar.
We are so proud to celebrate Maura’s success and welcome her home on November 8.
