Evening festivities include:

6:30pm Plated Dinner
Option 1: Sautéed farmhouse chicken breast, potato gnocchi, parsnip, carrot, parmesan black pepper butter sauce
Option 2: Hanger steak, potato galette, charred broccolini, wild mushroom sauce
Option 3: Vegan “crab” cakes, hearts of palm, chickpea, warm fingerling potato salad, arugula, chili oil
