Winner's Collection of Goods
The winning bidder for any Silent or Live Auction items retains the responsibility to collect items during the event or within 14 calendar days of event. Arranging for any labor or costs associated with collection, delivery, transportation, shipping, etc. is the sole responsibility of auction winner within the timeframe outlined above. Physical items not collected within 30 calendar days will be considered a donation to Triangle Community Center and forfeited by the winner.
Intellectual Property Rights
Other than the content you own, under these Terms, Triangle Community Center and/or its licensors own all the intellectual property rights and materials contained in this Website.
You are granted limited license only for purposes of viewing the material contained on this Website.
