- Early Registration: 4:00pm
- Mass: 4:30 pm
- Registration Reopens, Bar, Appetizers and Games: 5:15 pm - 6:30 pm
- Dinner: 6:30 - 7:30 pm
The first live auction item: BUFFET ACCESS! Get those paddles ready, winning tables gets first dibs!
- Dessert Auction: 7:15 pm
- Program, followed by Live Auction: 7:30pm
- Whiskey Raffle: Immediately following Program in Gym
Buffet Menu:
House Salad, customized duet of Honey Lemon Mustard Chicken and Carnitas in Tomato Pepper Sauce, Truffle Yukon Gold Mashed Potatoes, Catalina Blend vegetables (broccoli, red peppers, and carrots), fresh artisan bread rolls with sweet cream butter.
