Conditions of Sales

All sales are final. No purchase can be returned or exchanged. All property is sold as exhibited unless otherwise indicated. Sales tax will be applied to the winning bid where applicable. Payment in full is required before items are released to winning bidders.

Artwork pick up:

  • Option 1: Artwork will be available for pick up at the front desk of the Hartman Pavilion at LBMA’s Ocean campus from Sept. 25 –  Sept. 28, between 11am – 5pm. If you need to arrange an alternative time, please contact Cami Keller (camik@lbma.org) or Susie Marquez (susiem@lbma.org)
  • Option 2: Free delivery within 10 mile radius of the Museum. Please contact Cami Keller (camik@lbma.org) or Susie Marquez (susiem@lbma.org) for arrangements.
  • Option 3: We’d be happy to ship items. Taxes and shipping costs apply. Please contact Cami Keller (camik@lbma.org) or Susie Marquez (susiem@lbma.org) for more info.
