Join us for our North Suburban YMCA Craft Fair

Sunday, November 29th
12 pm to 4 pm

If you want to be a seller at the event, please read below and click right to pick your table/area option:

VENDORS

• Option to have a 6' table and two chairs supplied to you OR you may bring your own table/chairs for a lesser fee. 
• If you need electricity there is a $5.00 fee.  The set-up does require proper placement in the gym and extension cords.
• Vendor set-up will begin no earlier than 11 am.   
• Vendors are not allowed to clean up and leave until the show ends at 4 pm.  
• As a vendor we require you to take all your boxes, garbage, signage at the end of the show.
• You will have an 8' area for your table.  If you want more space, you can purchase up to 3 consecutive tables/areas.  
• This craft fair is a family friendly event, and all crafts must be suitable for all ages.
• Vendors are responsible for their own payment system.  
• If you require a WIFI, you must bring your own hot spot. Our WIFI does not work in the gym where the fair will be set-up.
• Tents are NOT allowed in the gym

• The NSYMCA is located at 2705 Techny Road, Northbrook.
  
  

GUESTS

• Guests will have a small entrance fee of $5, members at the YMCA can enter at $0 and kids under 12 are free.

To provide a variety of products and crafts for attendees, vendor spaces will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. We may limit the number of vendors offering similar types of products (such as candles, potholders, jewelry, etc.) to ensure a diverse selection. If we receive too many vendors offering the same or similar types of crafts, additional vendors may not be accepted. In that case, their vendor fee will be fully refunded.
