For Leza Bennett, success has always been rooted in service. As an Atlanta-based entrepreneur, beauty industry professional, educator, mentor, and founder of The Perfect Brow Studio, she has spent nearly two decades building a business centered not only on beauty, but also on helping women feel seen, confident, beautiful, and empowered.

Long before becoming an entrepreneur, Leza spent 25 years traveling the world as an international flight attendant. Those years deepened her appreciation for people, connection, service, and travel—values that would later shape her approach to entrepreneurship and leadership.

Some of Leza’s greatest lessons, however, came not through business, but through life.

After supporting her husband through his battle with cancer and ultimately experiencing his loss, Leza found herself navigating a season of grief, vulnerability, resilience, and transformation. Her Christian faith became her anchor as she learned to move forward with purpose, holding close the words of Philippians 4:13: “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”

Through that journey, Leza developed her personal philosophy, OPEN—Obedience, Patience, Evolving, and taking the Next Step. At the heart of OPEN is her belief that vulnerability is not weakness; rather, it can become a pathway to healing, connection, and purpose.

Now, Leza is carrying that spirit of service into a new chapter.

In 2027, she is honored to participate in Dancing Stars of Atlanta, where she will use her voice, business platform, and community connections to help raise awareness and funds in support of the fight against Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias.

For Leza, stepping onto the dance floor represents something much greater than a performance. It represents philanthropy, service, and the responsibility to use what God has entrusted to her for a purpose beyond herself.

> “I don’t believe opportunities come into our lives by chance. I prayed about this decision, and I believe that when God gives you a platform, you have a responsibility to use it for good. I’m stepping onto this stage for the families, the caregivers, and everyone whose life has been touched by Alzheimer’s and dementia. At the end of it all, God gets the glory.”

As she embraces this next chapter, Leza continues to live by the philosophy that has carried her through entrepreneurship, loss, healing, and transformation:

Be OPEN. Trust the journey. Take the next step.
