Mini-Spiritual Direction

Fr. Nick Monco and Carly McShane are providing 20-30 minutes of time with a group of students twice a month to provide spiritual direction.  

Lectio Divina

Lectio Divina is a way of developing a closer relationship with God by reflecting prayerfully on His words. Several groups are currently meeting and this has been a helpful place for some of our faithful Catholics to bring their Protestant friends who are asking questions about the Church and looking for a deeper sense of communion with God.  It has also been a good place to invite fallen away Catholics who are looking to come back to the Lord.

Exodus 90

Exodus 90 is a 90-day spiritual exercise that provides a path to deep spiritual growth through prayer, asceticism and fraternity.  Groups meet once a week for prayer and sharing.  Each person is paired with an accountability partner who they check in with daily.  The biggest key to success with Exodus 90 is having well-formed leaders.
