As a Monday volunteer, you will help the committee get a head start on the preparations for the event.

Actions may include:

• Setting up registration
• Setting up signage (ability to lift signs required)
• Additional items based on club availability

As a the first shift volunteer, you'll help ensure guests and sponsors feel welcome.  

Actions might include:

• Putting out signs
• Assembling flags
• Hanging banners

Registration: 

• Direct golfers
• Check-in golfers
• Handout giveaways

As a shift 2 volunteer, you will help provide a seamless experience for our guests. 

Actions may include:

• Monitor car hole-in-one holes (2 volunteers per hole)
• Verify golfer information during play
• Break down registration/signage
• Man beverage stations
• Relieve other volunteers for a bathroom, food, or drink break 

As a shift 3 volunteer, you will help provide a celebratory environment for our golfers at the banquet and play a key role in fundraising.

Actions may include:

• Direct golfers to banquet
• Hand out raffle baskets to winners
• Move signs to lunch reception room
• Pack up Foundation materials
