Do I need to be athletic or competitive?
Not at all! Challenges focus on teamwork, creativity, and problem‑solving rather than physical endurance. The emphasis is on fun, not speed.

Teams consist of 4–6 participants.
How long does the event last?
Most teams complete the race within a few hours. Teams move at their own pace. All teams will be done by 8pm to meet at the PitStop for a reception with dessert, bar, dancing, and silent and live auctions.
Where does the event take place?
The race will start at Amador and continue through downtown Pleasanton to the Pit Stop. The total race length is less than 2 miles.
What should I wear or bring?
Be prepared to walk. Team costumes encouraged! Comfortable clothing and shoes are recommended.
Can Coaches Participate?
Yes! If you have a coach on your team, please let us know when purchasing a ticket that you would like to include a coach. If multiple teams request a coach, we will have a random lottery.
What if it rains or weather conditions are poor?
The event will proceed rain or shine unless conditions are unsafe. Participants will be notified in advance if any changes are necessary.
