*Festive black tie is a slightly more playful take on traditional formal black tie attire. It maintains the requirement for elegant evening wear—like floor-length gowns and tuxedos—but incorporates rich colors (emerald, ruby), luxurious textures (velvet), and themed accents like patterned bow ties.
